Kanemochi means 'Rich', so the place was named after rich due to the people who are living here are indeed rich. They got so much money they just can't spend it on one thing.

Mansions are pretty much normal homes for the wealthy.
Condo's are the cheapest thing that they can afford which is alot to normal people, due to the price of this condo.

The same thing applies here. Your last name and then your first and which house that you want. Only those who are rich can live in one of these rich homes.

This glorious mansion has seven bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, a very large kitchen stocked to it's fullest, a large backyard with a pool, a medium sized library, offices for father Zaine, and a music and art room for the children of the household. It is so large that voices echo all around it, it fits the Amberdens quite nicely.
